To others? An insomniac is someone who cant sleep at all.

I just said Im an insomniac but I sleep for 4 hours at the most and not every day.

For example… 🥴💁‍♀️ I am an insomniac. However I CAN sleep and am able to sleep… but only for 4 hours at the most and its not every day.

Why cant I feel anything in my sleep? I cannot even feel myself moving, breathing, and swallowing saliva! I cannot even hear anything, not even my alarm! Some people that I've been with says that I'm moving a lot in my sleep, how can I stop it?

I dont always take into consideration a lot of cockblocking minor details that become big.
